Day One.

Tuesday April 6, 2010

First day: this is what I ate.
I missed a veggie because I was using an old book (Nutrisystem forgot to send me the book with my order but as a bonus I got a recipe book for free!)



Breakfast was the BEST!! Double Chocolate Muffin warmed up in the microwave; yummmmm! Definitely a great way to start the day :)
 
Lunch= Three Cheese Pasta With Chicken. (Not my favorite)

Lunch: Not pictures because I ate it on the run at work. With no "breaks" lunch is going to be my biggest obstacle. Today I grabbed cucumbers while running around, cooked my meal and let it "cool down" for over an hour before I got to it. (bummer)


Dinner was looking up. I really enjoyed the Lasagna with meat sauce (more meat sauce than noodle, but still yummy!) I'm finding the smaller plate is working. 

I laid in bed and felt a little hungry (my mind was playing tricks on me. I usually find myself crawling in bed, eating crackers and/or cheese and watching some t.v.) I thought about eating a "free" sugar free jello but talked myself out of it.
