I know, I know, I shouldn't have stepped on the scale but I couldn't resist! But good news!
I'M DOWN THREE POUNDS!!
Breakfast Entree: Berries & Multigrain Cereal. I've had this cereal before (left overs from my mom) and loved it! Seemed like a lot of milk and little to no cereal (next time I'll eat strawberries because they're more filling)
Another busy day at work.
I ate my Lunch Entree [Chicken Salad] around 3:30.
Rob's mom and grandma stopped by so I didn't get to finish my "meal" until after 6:00. [Pushing everything back!]
Dinner: Buffalo Chicken Salad (yum!) wasn't eaten until almost 8:00 before Rob and I ran to the store to by a new scale.
At night I felt like I was cramming the rest of my foods in. (ugh!)
Dessert: Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar, although good; left craving "more"
